Motion to Dismiss set for 10/31!

I mean, this GIF sums everyone’s thoughts up on Larry doesn’t it?? (If you’re new here Larry is AEllis’ birth name, we like to call him that to annoy him)

We are back with another update to our case with Larry. I’m saying our because it feels like it’s ALL of us against this (in my opinion) creep, not just the dozen or so named in the lawsuit.

Most of us, including yours truly, have now been served. The U.S. Marshalls literally laughed when serving me. I’m guessing they had read Larry’s ranting and knew it was ridiculous. It really is. Still, it’s not every day someone with guns shows up to hand you paperwork.

A Motion to Dismiss has been filed by Jeff and I have never laughed so much when reading a legal document. It truly is a gem.

I can’t keep it to myself of course!
