Beyond the Blog: Larry Case Updates
Another Motion to Dismiss!
The other day I was surprised when I got a large packet in the mail from California. It was one of my co-defendant’s answer to Larry’s complaint and their own motion to dismiss. This one has been scheduled for 12/12 and, like the one for 10/31, has no oral arguments which is interesting.
Reading their answer really gave me the biggest smile. Kelli’s lawyer just went to TOWN and I was HERE FOR IT.

Also, I still can’t believe that we’ve been in this mess for almost eleven fucking months over this and frankly that the judge is letting it drag on this long.
