It’s funny how certain things become Photo Stealers Lore. I have a strong suspicion that past thieves have some kind of group where some of these lies are spread because it’s curious how they all spout the same bullshit.

The most often cited one is that I’ve driven at least one woman (sometimes called a 17 year old girl) to complete suicide in the wake of being posted to Photo Stealers. The person they refer to is Teresa Blau Kurs / Teresa Blau Kursman (and a million other aliases) and I’m happy to report she is alive and well and not dead. She’s been going as Teresa Chong for a while now.

Since this seems to be an ongoing rumor that AEllis has brought up once again I figure it’s time to tell the tale of Teresa!
