As expected the judge has made no ruling on the second Motion to Dismiss and this week we’re up to 4 total motions to dismiss. I suspect the judge won’t do anything about those either. It’s been almost 2 months since the first one, over a week since the second.
I have my doubts that she do anything about the threats Larry has waged in his latest slew of filings. It’s been a busy week since I last checked in so lets get into it!
